*We don’t want your guests to feel obligated to tip, so as a company policy tip jars are not displayed on the espresso carts. Our baristas are paid at a higher hourly wage than the industry standard to help off-set the need for gratuity at events. Additional gratuity can be applied to your event invoice and it will be divided between the barista and delivery teams involved in making your event a success.*
