Founded by Kat Briones in 2023, Back to the Grind was born from over 15 years of hospitality experience at Chicago's finest venues. She saw an opportunity to bring craft coffee service right to an event and serve handcrafted drinks on-site. Today, we operate three mobile coffee carts serving corporate clients like the MLB at Wrigley Field, Firefox, Webtoons, and RYZE, alongside school functions and private celebrations across Chicago. Our signature approach: no tip jars, hand-to-guest service, and menus designed to welcome everyone.
