Coffee Catering Policies

We’re excited to bring exceptional coffee to your event! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our espresso catering policies below.

📅 Booking & Reservations

Advance Booking: Please book at least 14 days in advance. Last-minute bookings may incur a rush fee and are subject to availability.

Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior.

Minimum Fee: A minimum service charge of $XXX applies, covering up to 2 hours of service and our standard espresso menu.

Mobile espresso cart(s)

Espresso machine and grinders

Full espresso menu: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.

Whole milk and oat milk as well as flavor syrups

Looking for more? Add cold brew, tea, pastries, or custom branding!

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Cancel 14+ days before your event: Full refund (minus deposit)

Cancel 7–13 days out: 50% refund

Cancel less than 7 days out: No refund

If we must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer a full refund or help you reschedule.

🔌 Setup Requirements

Setup Time: 75–90 minutes before service begins

Power: One 120V 20-amp dedicated outlet within 50 feet

Accessibility: Please ensure the setup area is accessible via ramp or elevator. We may request a map or floorplan of service area before the event.

🛡️ Health & Safety

All staff are trained in food handling and certified

Equipment is sanitized before and after each event

We may pause or refuse service if conditions are unsafe

⚖️ Liability

We carry full general liability insurance. Certificate available upon request.

We are not liable for damages caused by venue facilities or third-party vendors.

👔 Professionalism & Conduct

Our team arrives on time, professionally dressed, and ready to serve

We ask guests treat our team with courtesy. Service may be paused if staff safety is compromised.

💵 Gratuity

Gratuity is applied after booking. While we do not display a tip jar, tips are always appreciated at the event at guest and barista discretion.
